I was a division 1 wrestler, but got lazy and out of shape after I was done
competing. I have been training with Russian kettlebells for 4 years now, and I
have see a weight loss and I now have the desire and ability to consistently
keep it off! I feel better every time that I work out...even those 7:30 am
beach workouts on Saturday with mike and Jim!!!! I utilize kettlebell training

After many years of going to the gym for

workshop was probably the most informative and fun KB workshop I have been to.
