This is a variation of our 2 minute torture. The 2 minute torture forces you to do 10 rounds in 20 minutes. You are performing all four movements on the 2 minute mark for 20 minutes.
Let's see if you can step it up and break 10 rounds on this workout!
- Most of our advanced women will use the 16 kg kettlebell for this one.
- Others will use a 12kg
- The advanced men should be using a 24kg
- Others should use a 16 or 20 kg
