The whole idea here is to beat my personal best each time I do this workout.
In 15 minutes, get as many rounds as possible of
- Kettlebell jerks 5/5 reps w/32kg kettlebell
- Weighted pull ups 25lb vest 5 reps
- Snatches 110
- Pull ups 55
Keeping the vest on for the entire workout brings a nice challenge to this workout.
It's amazing how much work can get done in 15 minutes.
