I did our group workout today, but did it solo.
I do 99 percent of my workouts solo. Sometimes it's tough to get motivated, but I always seem to be able to self-motivate.
It's not that I prefer this, it's just the way it is.
Set the GymBoss Timer for 30 minutes and go.
- 5/5 kettlebell snatches
- 10 ring push ups
- 5/5 kettlebell front squats
- 10 pull ups
I eliminated the v-sits from our workout to focus more on the kettlebell lifts.
I did this in 29:45 with a 24kg kettlebell
Tomorrow I go heavy!
