Double kettlebell 5x5
5 sets/ 5 reps of each movement
- Double kb front squats (2x28's, 3x32's)
- Pull ups (24,28,32,36,40kg's)
- Double kb presses (28'sx4,32'sx1)
- Double kb cleans (28'sx2,32'sx3)
- Power wheel knees to chest (5 setsx10 reps)
Finished up with tabata ski erg: 8 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest.
