Here's my strength workout from yesterday.
4 sets of (1,2,3,4) of
- Weighted pull ups (58 lbs)
- Double kettlebell front squats (28kg's)
- Ring push ups (28 lbs) 3,6,9,12 reps
I did the entire workout with a 28lb vest on, and added an addtional 30 lbs for the pull ups.
On the ring push ups, I went up by 3's to make it more challenging.
